Diversity Equity Inclusion Workshop (Full Day)
A dynamic D&I workshop that serves to educate your employees at every level while also demonstrating corporate governance through proactive compliance. Employees complete the highly interactive yet unobtrusive PCIHO model. This is so much more than a mere tick the box Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) workshop. Another Seat at the Table D&I approach is to be sensitive, calculated, and intentional in providing awareness, empathy, opportunity, and buy-in. Human Value Initiative believes that diversity is more than a list of diversity dimensions (age, color, disability, ethnicity/national origin, family status, gender, gender identity, or expression, generation, language, life experiences, organization function and level, physical characteristics, race, religion, belief and spirituality, sexual orientation, thinking patterns, and veteran status). Instead, we agree with the succinct view of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) "the similarities and differences between individuals, accounting, for all aspects of one's personality and individual identity." That being said, it is important that we do not view these dimensions as being collectively placed in a melting pot which only serves to marginalize.
