Carl Chambers (he/him) is the Founder of Human Value Initiative, a consulting company that specializes in Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Leadership Development. HVI equips individuals and organizations to experience their best self through assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Carl is nationally certified through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR). Carl holds an M.S. degree from Villanova University's (nationally ranked by U.S. News) HR Development program of study. Carl is also a Certified Diversity Professional - Manager (CDP-M).

Carl is also a Maxwell leadership-certified team member that provides leadership development as a speaker, trainer, and coach. Carl is also a Maxwell D.I.S.C. certified consultant.
Carl's 15+ years of progressive HR and business acumen is distinguished by strong leadership and a proven track record. He is recognized as a superior relationship builder, communicator, trusted advisor, and business partner. Carl is licensed and certified to train on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, the Neuroscience of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and Leadership Development.
A veteran of the United States Armed Forces, Carl specialized in both Human Resources and Transportation Logistics. Honors while serving include the Army Accommodation Medal of Honor and the Humanitarian Service Medal. Upon completing his six-year military obligation, he received an Honorable discharge.
Carl is happily married to his college sweetheart. Their union is blessed with two high-energy children.
